Our pest control plan has four treatments every three months, guaranteed for satisfaction once we control the pests. If there’s a big problem on our first visit, we might suggest a discounted second treatment within a month to make sure we establish the barrier and rid your house from pests.
Our pest control covers common household bugs like ants, spiders, wasps, roaches, scorpions and more. If you have tamper-proof rodent boxes, we’ll take care of them during our regular visit at no extra cost. It’s just one way we stand out.
Every three months, we use a powerful sprayer to cover the outside of your home, including under the eaves, foundation, and weeping holes. Our sprayer reaches up to 60 feet, which makes us stand out from bigger pest control companies with less effective sprayers.
We recommend treating the inside of your house once a year but once the barrier on the outside is in place we are confident pests will not come inside. Inspection
We thoroughly inspect your home to identify conditions that encourage infestations and prescribe the most effective program to meet your needs. If there is a large infestation, we may need another treatment in addition to the first within 30 days to ensure control. This treatment is discounted for our customers.
Interior Treatment
We prefer to treat the inside during the first application to ensure an optimal barrier. After the first treatment, we will treat the inside of the house upon request.
Perimeter Protection
We establish a protective barrier around your home using products proven to keep pests and insects out. All of our trucks are equipped with 5hp engines that allow for power spraying the perimeter, including under the soffit of the roofline for wasps and spiders. Our equipment can reach up to 60 feet in the air, making it a game-changer in controlling wasps and spiders under the eaves.
Monitoring & Prevention
Once the barrier is in place, we continue to monitor for prevention. We feel our service is a partnership, and we strive to make sensible recommendations to prevent ongoing problems and limit expensive treatments. We then schedule quarterly treatments to maintain the barrier in order to prevent future pest entry.
